Art & Flavor
Trending Beverages, Inc. will be hosting an art, wine, and food pairing event at Chateau Sarco Estate Vineyard & Farm in Napa Valley, California. There will be epicurean performances by Celebrity Chef, Chef Coco P. Cruz, the first Asian-American fusion and exotic chef. Mr Ian Hall is Proprietor of Chateau Sarco and the Vintner. Ian represents four generations of farmers, vintners, viticulturist, and also as a Napa Valley Proprietor. Arts of Multidisciplinary artist Anna Vergel RS will also be displayed all over the Estate. The epicurean theme for the cuisine will be Asian/Filipino, focusing on seasonal and organic ingredients from the Estate Château Sarco Farm, paired with wines produced by Trending Beverages and distributed by the Napa Valley Distribution portfolio, as well as estate wines from Chateau Sarco.
